Amsterdam airport operates both domestic and international flights. It has about 165 boarding gates with one main passenger terminal that has 6 concourses labeled, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and M. the terminal building further has three levels. Plans include building a terminal building within the next three years so that the terminal can handle a capacity of 14m passengers per year.

The ground level

 

At the ground level, you can access taxis, cars, and buses for transport. At this level, there are also cafes, hotels, supermarkets, a hairdresser, restaurant, a customer service desk, and even lockers. This is the first level, the arrival level for passengers.

 

The second level

 

This level is also termed as departures and check-ins. It is divided into two sides, the East side and the West side. The East side is the departure area 1 and 2 located at the lounge area with gates B, C, D, and E. the west side on the other hand consist of the departure area 3 and 4 with check-in counters 17 to 32 and gates F, G, H and M

 

The third level

 

At this level, we have the VIP lounges from 1 to 4 and also the airline lounges. From this level, you can access gates D, E, and F. You will also find the exchange avenue conference facility at this level as well as the Yotel and Hotel Mercure.
